All parts orders ship via USPS. Tracking numbers are provided on all shipments. You may track your package by clicking on the logo above and entering your tracking number. We will make our best attempt at contacting you if there are unexpected delays with your shipment, but at times may be unable to do so. You will receive an email from PayPal once your order ships, with the appropriate tracking information. Please note that Express Mail applies to your shipping only, not to how quickly your order is filled. Current orders of in-stock parts generally ship within 1 business day, arcade machines will have a 2-3 week lead time... |
International Customers: |
We get emails every day regarding International shipments... We ship world-wide using USPS. There's no need to email us regarding a shipping quote, simply place the parts that you need in the shopping cart and enter your country information, and the shipping calculator will do the rest. First Class International (GOOD): The cheapest way to go, but also the slowest, with no insurance. There is no estimated delivery time for First Class International packages, so if you are in a hurry or are placing a large (or expensive) order, it is recommended that you upgrade to a higher level of shipping. Tracking information is fairly limited, and will generally just tell you that your order has shipped. If you choose this level of service, please don't email us a week later asking where your order is, we don't have any more information than is provided on the USPS website... Priority Mail International (BETTER): The middle service, and the most popular, with estimated delivery times of 5-10 days... Express International (BEST): The quickest way to go, with an estimated delivery time of 5 days (to most countries), also the most expensive... Insurance is available to most destinations with both Express and Priority, and is recommended for all international orders.. Please note that delivery times do not include customs clearance in the destination country... Due to various factors which are beyond our control, we are again, not responsible for late/lost/misdirected packages, so please choose the level of service which you are most comfortable with. One more thing to consider when choosing your shipping is that the most expensive is not necessarily the best, please use the guide above and choose accordingly... |
